Half beef $1800. $500 deposit to reserve your order. 3-4 weeks processing time. The advantage to ordering a half is you can choose how you want the beef processed and the cost per pound is less than if you purchase one cut at a time. Due to market volatility, prices and lbs/cut could vary. To retain bones, fats & organs will be an additional $50 fee added. Place your orders by May 31.
