Quarter beef $900. $250 deposit to reserve your order. 3-4 weeks processing time. The advantage to ordering the quarter is the cost per pound is less than if you purchase one cut at a time. Due to market volatility, prices and lbs/cut could vary. To retain bones, fats & organs will be an additional $50 fee added. Place your orders by May 31.
