Feeds: 1-2 people for 4–6 months
Includes a mix of ground beef, steaks, roasts, and specialty cuts
Requires about 4 cu. ft. of freezer space
 
The advantage to ordering the quarter is the cost per pound is less than if you purchase one cut at a time. Due to market volatility, prices and lbs/cut could vary. To retain bones, fats & organs will be an additional $50 fee added.
