The family pack normally includes 2 T-bones, 2 Ribeyes, 2 pounds of stew meat, 1Roast, 1 flank or skirt steak, and 20 pounds of 80/20 hamburger meat. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed in a very tough freezer bag. The hamburger is in 2 pound chubs and can be frozen with no additional packaging. We are currently out of ribeye and sirloin steaks so the family pack will have 4 T-bones and a brisket to replace the out of stock items. 35lbs/box. The family pack is 5% less than if each product was purchased separately.
