Step 1 :

Get your roast out of your package and lightly season it with pepper and salt

Step 2 :

Put oil, in a hot pan. Sear all the edges, all the sides of your roast

Step 3 : 

While you sear the roast, pour the 32oz. Kitchen Ready Beef Broth into the crock pot, to give it some moisture while its cooking

Step 4 :

Once your roast is seared, put it in the crock pot

Step 5 : 

Add chili powder and some ground cinnamon

Step 6 :

Leave the roast to cook on low for eight hours or leave the roast on high for four hours

Step 7 : 

Once it is cooked, you can shred your meat!

Serves : Approximately 4-6

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 4 Hours if on HIGH

                  8 hours if on LOW
